We a group of students and working professionals have joined together working for a common motive of fulfill our social responsibilities as Dream India, an NGO.

Our volunteers have come across a genuine needy case these days, its about an innocent girl, Babli Pakidde (aged 8) facing a total liver failure on account of Wilson's disease. The only cure for Wilson's is a liver transplant and she could possibly die unless a liver transplant operation is performed immediately; possibly within the next two weeks.

Narayana Hrudayalaya, Bangalore is one of the few hospitals in India where liver transplant operations are performed. The operation will cost Babli's mother 12 lakh rupees (25600 USD approx.). She is a 28 year-old, single mother; a nurse with a monthly income of Rs1500. Needless to say, she cannot afford to pay for the operation as well as post-op treatment costs. She is currently being treated in KEM Pune Hospital. Please check medical certificate issued by Narayan Children's Hospital in reference section.

We are glad to inform you that we have collected required funds for Babli's operation. Thansk to all those who directly and indirecly supported us.

Yours faithfully,

(For Dream India)
